I felt the half head of highlights was not fully covered on the roots which left places dark still at the roots and was not happy on the finishing of silver which I did not ask for I did not mention this on leaving I felt anxious to do so

Great experience at the salon. Grace really listened to my needs and delivered exactly what I wanted. The atmosphere was relaxing, I was offered a head massage, a hot drink to make things really comfortable. Definitely recommend.
