Really good experience, I had a trainee for half head of highlights and she did really well. It did take a while but was worth it, she was very polite and wanted to get my look right. Very impressed

But if colour was still showing in the hairline which I noticed when I got home so bit disappointed there but then it was trainee who was amazing

I had a wonderful experience with Viktoria at the Academy - the appointment did take longer than it usually would, but this is something I knew going in and I'd deliberately scheduled for a day where it could take as long as it needed. Viktoria explained everything she was doing as she went, and she was meticulous. I will definitely be going back, she did a fantastic job, and I cannot recommend the Academy enough.
