I booked my appointment the week before and was able to get an appointment easily. On arriving I was left waiting for 1/2 hour before I was approached. An appointment that should have been 21/2 hours turned into an epic 41/2 hours. Whilst I am happy with the colour achieved the process was unfortunately long winded.
