All the staff are courteous and professional. Chanel greeted me warmly and listened to my requests about the cut of my hair. Her educator trimmed my fringe, but the rest was perfectly cut so she didn’t have to intervene. I was very pleased.

I was so unsure how I wanted my hair and the team took the time to listen and make good suggestions. In the end I changed my mind and Emsie did an exceptional job curting my hair! I really value the team here. Anna and Emsie are both caring and professional.

There was a nice atmosphere and friendly staff, it obviously takes slightly longer than your average haircut but that’s reflected in the price and I really like the way Charlotte cut my hair. I’d definitely book to go there again!
