I'm don't know how the apprenticeship is structured in terms of what skills/modules are taught in which order so I want this to be CONSTRUCTIVE feedback. Please ensure that the apprentices are confident with basics before being left predominantly unsupervised with a client. I have a side parting this was the first time the trainee had dealt with a side parting & was very unsure about it & how to cut the layers in. Also no heat protection spray but blowdried AND used straighteners.
