I had an appointment with Sophie for a semi Permanent Hair Colouring at the Academy. My first time but I was not disappointed.Sophie was very thorough and I totally felt in good hands. The finished result was perfect.Thank you Sophie.

Grace was lovely very friendly and professional. Gave great advice as I wasn’t sure what I wanted and was happy to discuss options. I can’t recommend her enough
Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
Venue was good, root colour was good, blow dry not so good,
The colour wasn’t checked but was fine I think ,although I didn’t see the back, also serum and hairspray would have been appreciated. Not sure if I received conditioner , definitely didn’t get offered a head massage. Water temperature was either too hot or cold not really relaxing . Also at times the hair dryer felt way too hot , maybe too close to my scalp,

A great experience. Lovely salon except for the chairs at the basins. Really uncomfortable. Emma listened to what i wanted and was very friendly and professional. The trainer was also great. All in all i was very happy.

Alex coloured my hair and she did an excellent under the guidance of Fidel . Raquel did the blow dry for me and she was also very nice and very professional.
My only complaint would be that the salon was cold , particularly noticable as you are sitting around for a long time having colour done.
