I’ve visit this place nearly ten times, and this visit has been the worst! I recognize that they all still in training, but I sat there for over 2.5 hours, very thirsty and feeling the spotlights heat, perched by the big glass window with chemicals in my hair, and with no airflow - it was torture, esp with my anxiety. I asked for a glass of water twice, but each time I was told it wasn’t her responsibility, with a very blunt “HAIR FIRST” response… the tutor was good, came to help me out.
