The place is spotless, very welcoming and pleasant salon.There is no hanging around like other academies .It is also well positioned for buses , trains , underground, trams. Parking for cars is also available in the nearby streets. l highly recommend

My haircut was done nicely and my hair shape is good, but not exactly what I asked for or how I explained. Tara was very focused on cutting though and did a good job overall.
The communication skills could be improved and overall customer service received from Tara would improve customer satisfaction.
The customer care from supervisor team was superb and very supportive.

Jenny very kindly stepped in at the last minute and did an absolutely wonderful job with my hair. She ensured the cut was even and the finish was perfect. It was exactly what I hoped it would be. She even gave me some helpful tips and advice on making my hair as strong and healthy as possible, which was much appreciated.
