I was a little hesitant to go to an academy but Grace (& her mentor) were wonderful. Grace listened to what I wanted, clearly communicated what they she was planning, checked in with her mentor, & I felt comfortable with the process. I'll come back!

It was a great haircut. Jess reached out ahead of time and was able to see me earlier which was fab. She was also very efficient and was good with me having a baby in my arms.
