Lily did an excellent job with my colour. I wanted to start moving towards something different and she really worked to understand what I was hoping for. Esther was knowledgable and attentive - she worked out wuickly I was a regular and like what I like, we discuss blending grey and she was quick despite going into her lunchtime.
