Great salon, staff are lovely and all the trainees are closely supervised by incredible teachers so you always come out with a good hairstyle.

Really disappointed with the results, been many times before and never had such a bad outcome. Highlights have come out horrible and ugly both in colour and placement in one side of my head. The original girl who was meant to do my hair stopped after 20 minutes and someone else took over. Will have to go back to have my hair fixed because of how awful it looks.

I really appreciated the amazing care taken with my colour appointment today - the colour was applied quickly yet with precision and any excess hair dye or water was immediately and gently wiped from my face. The stylist communicated clearly to me what was happening at all times (e.g. we'll leave this for X minutes and then wash off) so I knew exactly what to expect. Great service! As ever, thanks to Anna and Abigail for your fantastic support of the students x
