Wow! I was so impressed with the entire academy but especially Emsie. She did such a good job of my blonde highlights, so natural, nicely blended and exactly what I wanted! The other ladies in there were also amazing and so knowledgeable which was very reassuring as trainees always has someone to consult. Overall 10/10!

The Toner which I paid extra for was wrong colour. But they were very happy to do a redo when I met the fabulous Gina Conway! So now I am a very happy lady.
