I am happy with the colours chosen and application for my root tint plus highlights, the end result is great as always. However, for the first time as a regular hair model, I was not happy with how the foils were roughly removed causing discomfort, the harsh and rushed hair wash and no offer of a head massage, 4 times I flinched due to the hot heat and twice I mentioned the blow dry was hot has it was hurting the skin on my neck. Unpleasant experience.
