Rakel was friendly and she understood my hair well. Really happy with my new layeres and a nice blow dry. Great experience, I would book with her again without hesitation (this was my first visit to Gina Conway Academy).

Michael did a really good job cutting my hair. He was quite confident but he was open to take advice from his supervisors. I'm very happy with my haircut.

Michael (my colourist) himself was exceptionally helpful and courteous. He made me feel at ease. My only issue was the colour came out a bit too dark and all my blonde ends disappeared (which I'd said I wanted to stay). I do understand that colour fades over a few weeks but it was still too dark overall and I lost my "surf chick" look which I was fond of. I know it's a learning process and I'll make a note to tell them to go lighter next time.
