Absolutely brilliant massage, tailored completely to what I needed based on the tightness of my muscles (foot massage became more of a calf and hamstring massage). Masseuse even gave explanations about pressure points and advice for stretching at home. Not completely relaxing like other massages places - pressure was firm and good, at times painful but I now feel amazing! I will be back!
