Fatima was lovely, warm and professional and it was a pleasure to have her as a hairdresser. I had a full head of highlights and the work was very neat. I also liked the way she straighten and curled my hair for the end result. However, I did not came out with requested colour. Instead of warm highlights I had asch tone in my hair. Yet, Fatima was helpful to correct it, if needed.

I really liked my haircut and Fatima was lovely and really listened to what I wanted. However, I booked a wet hair appointment but was told that there was no need to wash my hair. I was pretty disappointed with this so I'd include this in the booking next time.
