Overall happy with the look of my nails, however i got cut a few times from the pedicure and the side of one of my nails (hand) got all red and swollen. Also the team were speaking a foreign language and not very talkative with me.

This may have been the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. I got the lux and it only lasted about 20 minutes…no massage or much of scrubbing. My boyfriend got the classic and they are literally the same, not much value for £10 more! The staff were not very friendly or welcoming and seemed to want me out of the door as soon as I arrived. Not worth the money, I’ve been to much better locations and I think a very disappointing experience even for my boyfriend who had never gotten a pedicure :(

Really unpleasant experience, practically no communication about what is being done or what I would like, the employees kept talking among each other instead of paying attention to their work and the cleaniness overall was awful. The nails look like something I could’ve done at home, the colour is horrible and uneven and they didn’t clean up the leftover gel around the nails. Not worth £50 at all.
