The lady tried to pressure me into buying hundreds of pounds worth of Chinese medicine! Really used high pressure tactics which made me feel uncomfortable. Was brought into a tired looking cold room! Hardly what I would call relaxing. She stuck needles into me without explaining anything and left me there for a while. All I could hear was the noisy reception and traffic going by! Waste of my time and money and definitely not relaxing.
