Very poor! One hour before massage receptionist called me saying that Treatwell had a mistake with booking and they have double booking in system and Treatwell haven't confirmed my booking so she is cancelling my appointment. I received confirmation email and reminder sms from Treatwell. She was not really apologetic just informing me, that other lady has booked multiple treatment so they decided to cancel mine. I told her that I'm in pain and if she can advise something nearby, finally receptionist offered me their branch in High Street Ken that have availability at that time. I took my time arriving there and then have to wait another 35 minutes as room was not ready. Commuting to Hight street Ken and this delay made me super late for an event that evening as a result I was tense and didn't enjoy massage at all. Massage room tiny and cold.
