The massage (deep tissue) was quite good but the ambience wasn't great, a CD player kept breaking and it was irritating trying to relax. Did the acupuncture as well and can't decide whether an hour's long consultation before it was a consultation or an attempt to sell more sessions/herbs.
I had a great massage at Ginsen, the staff were lovely and very informative as it was my first time. I personally don't believe I received the massage I had booked as I you-tubed the technique afterwards, and it was not the same... None the less I believe I had a great massage, the lady (apologies I cannot remember your name) was kind and professional and offered me advise on exercises/stretches I could do at home to help with my shoulder issues, and offered me a drink after the treatment which was much appreciated. It was a shame that the CD player wasn't working properly as this would have increased the relaxation.
Although the center is quite good and the masseuse friendly, the lymphatic massage is very badly done. No one asked me any question on my general health conditions. The lymphatic massage is supposed to be light and it while I got an insanely strong one. I HAVE BLUES all over my legs.
