On arrival the lady on reception at GinSen was very rude. She just checked my booking and told me to go downstairs. No good morning there was no hello how are you?
I asked the lady a couple of questions and she wasn't interested at all. I did not get her name but if it helps my appointment was at 11am.
I believe the the rude lady needs more training in customer service.
However the lady that gave me my massage was brilliant absolutely fantastic amazing one of best massages I have experienced.
