Directed into an unprepared room. I waited a little while in there then asked what they’d like me to do, they apologised and got the towels they’d forgotten. They then started to massage me with no music, in silence. I asked if I could have music, they put it on. Good for a while (massage was good). Then the music device ran out of battery and after giving numerous low battery reminders, it was back to silence. After I left the shop within 3 minutes all the staff locked up and walked past me.
