Treatment was good but room very noisy due to washing machine on just outside the room which was really disturbing

I found that the staff were very pushy and trying to get me to buy medicines before I had even had my treatment. It was uncomfortable for me. They then called me an hour later and left a voicemail saying that I had missed my appointment which was very odd as I had said my name about 5 times to the girl on reception. Overall though, the place was clean.
