Betty was fantastic! However my appointment was in the morning - maybe the first of the day in the back room. The staff had never turned the heat on to prep the room ahead of time. Freezing during massage is not enjoyable. Front desk staff aren't very friendly.

Betty was fantastic - she was quickly able to identify and address pain points and places where I was holding tension. One of the best massages I've add. Would definitely recommend and will be back!
