Does what it says on the can. this is an accupressure massage so bear this in mind. it's relaxation effects will only be felt on the 3rd day after the pain from the massage subsides so don't complain. it does loosen all those knots.

Really great deep tissue massage. Not relaxing if that's what you're after but I feel much less knotty aftwards! A little bit uncomfortable at times but that's how you know it's the right spot!
