I am 36 weeks pregnant and booked a reflexology massage. It started with a foot spa which was basically a bucket of warm water. Then the practitioner handed me paper to dry my own feet, which is difficult considering I can hardly bend over! The massage was then done with him wearing plastic gloves which I found a little strange and noisy, then ended with being passed paper towel again to wipe off the Vaseline from my own feet. Although the massage was good, I wouldn't recommend for pregnant women who are looking for a relaxing experience.
