Half an hour before my treatment they rang & cancelled. I was told one girl was sick and another going on holiday so I couldn't have my treatment. I couldn't get another appointment locally & ended up having to go into Manchester. I asked for a refund & was told to apply to Treatwell - I wouldn't use this booking service again.
