I had a very mixed experience with the same technician for both my manicure and pedicure. The manicure was well done. However, the pedicure was completely different. The technician was careless and ended up cutting into my foot twice with the drill, which left me in pain and very uncomfortable.
It’s disappointing to leave a salon in pain rather than relaxed. Despite the good manicure, the issues with the pedicure and lack of concern from the salon were enough for me to reconsider returning.
