Staff very friendly, treatments are always to a really high standard and quick, it could be slightly cleaner but it’s definitely not dirty!

Colour was well done although is slightly different to last time even though I was told the last colours had been written down and would be used again. Finely done which was great. However no head massage when washing which is the best part of going to the hairdresser and then, I don’t know if it was lack of enough conditioner or needs better conditioner but my hair (below shoulder length) was very knotty after the wash and instead of gently brushing through, the knots were just pulled out with the hairbrush and subsequently my pony tail is now literally half as thick as it was before. This is the only place my hair knots that much so not sure what’s going wrong in the wash.
