Lovely salon and staff but the treatment cost more than what was advertised online. I had already pre-paid, so I had to pay more on site.

I didn't like the atmosphere here at all. The lady who ran it kept whispering to colleagues and then got angry with them in a highly unprofessional way in front of me when she couldn't locate my Treatwell booking. Fine with me but horrible to her staff, which is much like a date who is horrible to a waiter but lovely to you: not ok. The wax itself wasn't terribly thorough and was much more painful than hot wax. I won't be returning.
