While the staff where friendly and the overall wax had good results, it was a bizarre experience! I’ve had a lot of Brazilian waxes and this was the only one I found actually painful and awkward. I had two beauticians (guessing nine was a trainee but can’t say for sure because I wasn’t asked/told) and they both followed me into the room while I changed. The door was left open which meant the salon could all see in.. I’m not shy but if I was it would have been humiliating. Once I was half naked on the table, they continued to come in and out, allowing the salon to essentially see what I had for lunch... the treatment began and I lay there while they both worked on me, spoke in another language, repeatedly asked me what I wanted by a ‘Brazilian’ and giggled. Not sure if I have a really funny vagina, but it’s the first time I’ve had people laugh while down there so guessing/hoping it wasn’t that which caused them to laugh. They switched between strip,hot and tweezers and very slowly tugged on the hot wax... which made a usually quick and sharp main long and really tense. One beautician repeatedly showed me the used wax strips with my hair in them, expecting me to say “wow!” Or “congratulations!” Or something... and only when, the 4th time she did it and I looked at her blankly, did the other lady say “stop showing the client the used strips haha”. They were sweet when they actually addressed me and it’s fair to say I’m now hairless, but there’s bits of wax on me still and it was a pretty painful and embarrassing time.

Great experience, friendly staff and the lady who did my nails was so lovely! Excellent value for money, I will definitely come back again :)
Only thing I would mention is the salon was very quiet. My appointment was on a weekday which is understandable but it’s often nice if there are a couple of other customers in at the same time to create an atmosphere.
