Nice treatment but the salon was in the middle of refurbishment so looked a bit dishevelled. Massage conducted with baby oil rather than a spa brand - would have preferred the latter
Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage
The message therapist was great. Very good technique. But the room wasn’t great. Cold, grey, dirty floors... absolutely no ambiance and the oil used for the massage was baby oil which I found weird. Customer service and attentiveness needs work. Won’t be going back.
Deep Tissue Massage
Lovely staff, place under construction so not the nicest salon visit. Will be lovely once the work has been done.
Gel Nails Manicure
The worst experience ever!!! I arrived on time, but was kept waiting as the staff seemed to be more interested in chatting and doing their hair than dealing with tcustomers. I found the hairdressers extremely unprofessional and rude. My hair was done by 3 different hairdresser- 1 washed my hair, another one cut it and the third one dried it. It was obvious to me that they were overbooked. In addition, the woman who cut my hair complained that it wasn’t cute properly previously. To make it worse, I discovered that she wasn’t the one who did my haircut last time. It is definitely not the service you expect for the money you pay, I will never return!
