Just lack of attention to detail mattered tbh. Bit disorganised. Hair all over the floor and they clean it in your direction. Should not have to ask for a beverage. No magazines offered. Just a little bit rough. Colour was okay. Good wash. The loyalty card us for blow drys only so that's dissapointing.

I went in for an ombré hair colour which is ok , I also asked for a trim and was charged £20 extra for possibly the worst trim ever , my hair has been left totally uneven in places. The salon was also pretty dirty , half empty glass of coke at the station I sat down at didn't get removed and no offer of tea / coffee I won't be going back !
