Got an appointment at short notice after another treatwell booking not honoured. Staff were really nice and welcoming but shellac manicure took way too long and unfortunately 2 nails have chipped (within 2 days of manicure) and 3 nails are really smudgy. Am really disappointed and would therefore not rebook, despite the lovely staff.
