I booked in on treatwell, and Mayan said can’t do infill, so I would like to have refund, but No any refund until two days later. No call answer too. I am not happy

I feel sorry leaving a bad review. Pari was nice, however my wishes got lost in translation and I gave up trying to explain myself in the end. I was coming in for a trim plus lowlights half head on my natural base. Ended up with a full dye with highlights. Shirt got wet and stains around the collar, I had two big coloured spots in my forehead. The foils were also very messy and uneven. Final result may seem okay, but not what I was after…
