I’ve done hundreds of keratin treatments during my life and this one was definitely the worst! After washing my hair on the 3rd day after treatment, i can clearly see that the treatment was not applied properly. The hair is frizzy at the front and curly in some parts of my head... my haircut was also terrible as the right hand side of the hair is longer than the left.
The salon chair is also not cleaned between appointments and the hairdresser shouts at your ears when you just want to relax!

Andrew is gods gift to this earth - he completely salvaged my lockdown mess (self cut AND self colour) and I feel like a brand new human. Incredible talent as a stylist & colourist, and just overall a wonderful person!
