So I booked to have Infills done of Russian lashes. Booked it online, and arrived at 9:30 although she was running behind by 15 which was fine. Placed on micropore tape on bottom lashes and had to move them myself as they were rubbing against my eyes. Put lashes on using fingers none of the proper tools were involved, demanded I open my eyes and shouted at me. I shouted back that I can’t as my eyes were stinging. Then got me to sign that I’d had a patch test done which I hadn’t unprofessional
