I booked for an eyebrow wax but she insisted threading was better. The treatment was quick and efficient and I will wait to see if I am as happy with it, as with the waxing treatment i normally have done. I was assured that I could just drop in next time and didn't need to book. I was seen immediately so no waiting.

WRONG COLOUR!
• Poor choice of colours
• When you book a nail appointment online you have to pay in advance. I paid £16.00 (gel nails were advertised £15.00). She asks for my colour and she gave me the wrong one. After telling her she argues with me and paints my nails. Then informs me after putting the nail varnish on my nails it is an extra £3.00. WRONG COLOUR! EXTRA MONEY! Then does the same to my sister who had to wait an extra 30 mins and pay EXTRA £2.00 -we booked online! NEVER AGAIN!

I had a lovely gel manicure. Great environment & importantly hygienic. They had screen guards & followed all precautions. She did an excellent job with the waxing too, will be returning!
