She turned up 25 minutes late,leaving me stood outside as door locked.Tried to convince me not to have my hair washed as it was easier to clipper it dry but I had paid for a wet cut so I insisted on the wash.After the cut she handed me product to put on my own hair as,”I know how I like it.”Who goes to the hairdresser to finish off their own hair?Came away feeling irratated and annoyed and not in the least bit pampered.Will not use this place again.
