I had a gel polish removal and a french manicure. When the gel polish was removed, Claire filed them so aggressively and pushed my cuticles down so aggressively that they were left with sores. My nails weren’t cut to the same size, she didn’t ask what shape I wanted and just made them round when I always have them square and the white tips were very noticeably different lengths. So, I booked this appointment after a disaster at another salon so I was very nervous. I was straight away put at ease and sat down and talked through what had happened and how we could fix what was left of my hair. I was given educated answers and options and within 10 mins I had gone from being close to tears to feeling confident that it could be fixed. I left feeling amazing and have already booked my next appointment. Defo recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
