I had a gel polish removal and a french manicure. When the gel polish was removed, Claire filed them so aggressively and pushed my cuticles down so aggressively that they were left with sores. My nails weren’t cut to the same size, she didn’t ask what shape I wanted and just made them round when I always have them square and the white tips were very noticeably different lengths. After less than a week, both my thumb nails have snapped so low down that it’s painful, something never happened befor

Carla is great! Every time I go for a cut, I get exactly what I ask for. She’s a very good stylist as well. I usually go for a cut with lots of layers and a fringe.
