So, I booked this appointment after a disaster at another salon so I was very nervous. I was straight away put at ease and sat down and talked through what had happened and how we could fix what was left of my hair. I was given educated answers and options and within 10 mins I had gone from being close to tears to feeling confident that it could be fixed. I left feeling amazing and have already booked my next appointment. Defo recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Best dermaplaning I've had!
Claire talked me right through what she was going to do and why, I felt like I was in expert hands. She gave me tips and advice on my skin too. Fun and relaxed at all times.
Claire has so much passion for her salon and I am looking forward to how it turns out in the future.

Owner was lovely but colour was a lot lighter than requested. Was waiting over 25mins for my appt - receptionist did not give any indication for the delay which if I was informed, I would have been fine with.
Venue was far too cold- I was shivering.
