When I arrived for my Gel Manicure the salon was closed. I called but no one answered so I contacted them on FB messenger as per their voicemail...they replied within 20mins and I was told two staff were meant to be there so they would look into it and get back to me... I’m still waiting 3hrs later for that reply, an apology and a refund. Really disappointed.
