Where to start? The salon itself was clean, if a little run down, but there were flies landing on me and the tools throughout my pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure was lovely, but it was potentially the least physically comfortable pedicure I've ever had, due to being moved around all over the place and having to stretch my legs and feet into uncomfortable positions to suit the therapist - can I suggest buying a pedicure chair before offering this treatment? I cannot give a review of my facial as I did not receive it! My appointment ran over because the lady spent over 20 minutes cutting and re-cutting my toenails, meaning she was unable to compete the other treatment. I was asked to rebook for another day, but they were only able to offer day time appointments for the next week. As I work full time, this is not feasible. This would also have meant me paying for travel again to go to the salon for a second time, which I don't feel is acceptable to ask of a customer. I booked two treatments in one appointment for a reason! When I asked to cancel the facial, I was told by the rude hairdresser that I was not able to do this as it was prepaid and I had already received part of the treatment. I was therefore left with no option but to leave having paid for a service I will never receive. Suffice to say, I will not be making another appointment at this salon. The prices are extremely attractive, I only wish I had had a better experience.
