Not able to proceed with nails for my daughters prom. No insurance for 16 years of age. Really disappointed as no mention of age anywhere as far as I can see on the booking page made the day really stressful in what should've been a nice relaxing and pleasant day. Instead we had to find somewhere at short notice, by the time her nails were done she hardly had any time to get make up hair and dress sorted. Very disappointing
