Not bad, but not impressive. It took an hour longer than planned, which affected badly my plans for the day.
They only had one colour to offer me (I wanted red and purple), so had to go with it.
They they also applied hairspray, which I completely hate, without even asking.

The massage itself was great! I ended up getting 45 mins instead of just 30 mins, which I hope was down to the fact she ran 30 mins late with the previous client, so had to sit and wait for quite a long time l, without getting any info though. Had to ask a lady in the hair salon I was waiting in 2-3 times what was going on. However, the massage was great. She really used her muscles and I left with less tension. However the surroundings are not very nice. Absolutely no atmosphere, a bit smelly, quite dirty and don’t even want to mention the toilet. A shame, cause it doesn’t take much, but I guess you get what you paid for and I paid £12.50 for a great 45 mins deep tissue massage. If you aren’t fussed about the surroundings and everything that comes with it, I would recommend it.

I booked the wrong type of treatment, however the beautician did what I had wanted even though it took her longer and should have cost more.
She was very nice & advised me on how to continue treatment since this was my second time ever.
