All the staff were lovely and the salon was impeccably clean. However I didn’t feel particularly pampered and I was surprised that neither dye nor a haircut was included in the price, though I accept that could be because I didn’t read the small print. The lady that did my hair blow dried and styled my hair for no extra cost, which was fantastic.
