Unfortunately they were running 45 min behind, and there seemed to be a clear mix up between which therapist was taking which client, when I calmly raised that it isn't ok to run 45 min behind and not let a client know (considering if a client is late it's standard to dock it out of your appointment), one of the staff became aggravated at me. I burst into tears because I was in a lot of pain, I had been punctual, waiting patiently with no one to let me know what was going on. They couldn't fit in both my treatments because they were then going to close, so I only had 1 treatment, the therapist was lovely and very apologetic, the other therapist did come and apologise. The venue itself was not great.....the "room" was a curtain pulled across an old kitchen, and I could hear the hairdryers upstairs in the salon the whole time. Whilst I appreciate the therapists were understandably stressed by the position they had been put in by management, it wasn't a good service and I won't be returning

Swedish Massage
Good massage, will go again. Excellent value but noise from salon is loud. But for £20 for an hour its worth putting up with. Happy to recommend if your on a budget, will be booking again soon.
