A great massage - shame about the experience. I’ve had a fantastic full body massage here before so I was really looking forward to my hot stone one. I was running about 5 minutes late unfortunately so I was expecting a slightly shorter treatment, but despite a fantastic massage itself despite not being asked how it was or what I wanted (slightly disappointing), it finished several minutes earlier than the appointed time. If I hadn’t had a bit of a discount I would have felt really cheated - it wasn’t even obvious that it was over and I am sad to say I won’t be rebooking, which is a shame because the treatment itself was great.

This is my second massage. The ambience has improved with the music. The massage was lovely but I liked my first treatment better. This time the massage wasn’t as deep, so my shoulder still feel abit stiff. And it would help if they turn on the heater. Otherwise, it was a great experience and Natasya was lovely as ever. Thank you
