The first red flag for me is that the area being treated wasn’t cleansed first, which is a pretty basic first step to a lash perm. The second red flag was that the technician didn’t use gloves which was a tad worrying when they are touching your eyes and handling various chemicals.
During a lash perm you are blind, so it’s nice to know when someone is going to touch your face and what they are doing to it but the staff at KCs didn’t really tell me what was going on. The staff member who did my lash perm was, however, warm and welcoming and made you feel at ease before the treatment.
I wasn’t offered any aftercare advice which was the final red flag for me. She did a good job but I won’t be returning.
I booked a massage weeks in advance, was really looking forward to it. Arrived and was told that the beautician doesn't work Tuesdays. Was not apologised too, just told that it's an error with Treatwell. Annoyed, I asked for a refund and was told that I would have to take it up with Treatwell. Asked for some proof that I didn't have the appointment and was told not possible. Really really really poor, the appointment had been booked for months. Now I have not had my treatment and I am money and time down. Be very very careful if booking here!!!!!!!!
