First appointment was great, pinn is a very lovely lady and always does a great job. Had to visit a second time as unfortunately a patch of my hair wouldn’t take to the colour very well, pinn again did a great job of fixing this but however my appointment was 1 hour and 15 minutes late which was down to a double booking that was not made by pinn. I was having a bad day with chronic pain and the extended waiting time was the last thing I needed! Pinn got her lovely colleague Tasha to give me a quick massage to try ease my pain a little which was very thoughtful of them both. Shame the same can’t be said for some other people in the salon who clearly couldn’t care less about their customers and their staff when they are booking in more appointment than are possible in a time slot which I can imagine leads to the staff being stressed and missing out on breaks.
My massage with Ester was great, she really knew what she was doing and provided me exercises to help with my neck problems. The only issue was that I lost out on 15 minutes of my massage, I was late due to there not being anywhere near by to park. It would be useful if parking guidance was provided on booking.
