This is my second massage. The ambience has improved with the music. The massage was lovely but I liked my first treatment better. This time the massage wasn’t as deep, so my shoulder still feel abit stiff. And it would help if they turn on the heater. Otherwise, it was a great experience and Natasya was lovely as ever. Thank you

The first red flag for me is that the area being treated wasn’t cleansed first, which is a pretty basic first step to a lash perm. The second red flag was that the technician didn’t use gloves which was a tad worrying when they are touching your eyes and handling various chemicals.
During a lash perm you are blind, so it’s nice to know when someone is going to touch your face and what they are doing to it but the staff at KCs didn’t really tell me what was going on. The staff member who did my lash perm was, however, warm and welcoming and made you feel at ease before the treatment.
I wasn’t offered any aftercare advice which was the final red flag for me. She did a good job but I won’t be returning.
