Really disappointed with my experience, the worst balayage I have ever had. Large chunks of my hair missed, very mismatched, stripey colour through the top. After I sent an email to let them know of my disappointment, they offered to apply another colour to even it out, however I don’t want to risk them making it worse. Sent an email to ask for my money back which was refused and was basically made out like it was my own fault because I had to leave early to get to another appointment. Really wouldn’t recommend.
