Needing to use the bathroom however it was not working and the treatment was to last for up to 3 hours. Was not offered a drink, or even asked about myself or was made to feel comfortable. Asked for my hair cutting and was advised otherwise despite not wanting this style. My hair is a brown colour and hadn't been dyed for 5 years. The "balayage" was just bleach on top of my hair colour and ended up just being half blonde, no gradient at all. Safe to say I will not be returning or dying my hair again. You pay for the treatment you receive and the price is too good to be true. Unfortunately.

I arrived on time was waiting for over an hour. Turns out someone was supposed to call me to reschedule. But didn't. They said they'd squeeze me in since I'd already waited so long (and prepaid). They subsequently rushed the hair cut, misunderstood entirely what I'd asked for and then styled my hair completely against its natural curl. Not the best hairdressing experience.

First time having massage and glad I chose KCs for it. Been suffering from really horrible neck and shoulder pain for years now and nothing gave me relief like the deep tissue massage here. Going back next week for another session!
